Our Story

Patrick's on the Beach was born from a vision, and a love story. In the early 2000s, our founder Andreas first set foot on Siargao Island after years of building and running resorts across the Caribbean. He was captivated by the island's untouched beauty, crystal-clear waters, and the warmth of its people.

What began as a dream soon became reality. In 2002, a small seaside property on the beach was acquired, and the very first chapter of Patrick's on the Beach was written.

It all started with just six cottages back in 2003. Over the years, the resort grew organically, always guided by a deep respect for nature and the local community.

What was once a small beachfront hideaway has since grown into over 21 rooms and a variety of accommodation styles, from beachfront villas and cozy cottages to a one-of-a-kind tree house. Through it all, Patrick's has never lost the intimate, welcoming feel that guests have loved from day one.

Today, Patrick's on the Beach is recognized as one of Siargao's most beloved retreats. Guests from all over the world come not only for the beachfront location and comfortable accommodations, but for the genuine warmth and personal attention that define the Patrick's experience.
